Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and would like to return your order, please send us an email before returning at mailto:[email protected]?subject=Return%20Item(s). We will accept returns if you change your mind. However, all goods must be returned in unopened original packaging.

Fashionlegs® does not offer a free return policy. Due to hygienic regulations, we cannot accept returns if the product has been worn or tried on. If the goods are faulty, we will arrange an exchange, and we will pay for returning these goods to us. We will provide a full refund once we receive your returned items within seven working days.

If the order DO NOT ARRIVE
For UK orders: delivery is classed by Royal Mail as lost in the post after 15 working days (3 weeks). Please contact your local sorting office during these three weeks to see if they hold your order. If three weeks elapse and your order has not arrived, don’t hesitate to contact us; we will help you.
